Many runners can benefit from a running coach. Many RRCA Certified Running Coaches work with recreational athletes to meet personal fitness goals. As a coach, I can help you gain strength, improve your run pace or increase your distance.

Do you or someone you know have a goal to run any distance between a 5K to a half-marathon? Gift them, or yourself, a personalized running plan.

What to Expect:

I will meet with you virtually or in person to determine your current fitness level. Then based upon your distance goal, we will develop a training plan to get you to your desired distance. Training plans can be anywhere from 8 – 20 weeks in length depending on fitness level and goal race. During the duration of your training plan, you may contact me at any time with any questions or concerns.

Cost:

All training plans are a one-time fee of $75 and can last from 8 weeks to 20 weeks in length depending upon fitness level, lifestyle and goal distance. Please fill out the form below and I will contact you shortly.
