What to Expect:
I will meet with you virtually or in person to determine your current fitness level. Then based upon your distance goal, we will develop a training plan to get you to your desired distance. Training plans can be anywhere from 8 – 20 weeks in length depending on fitness level and goal race. During the duration of your training plan, you may contact me at any time with any questions or concerns.
All training plans are a one-time fee of $75* and can last from 8 weeks to 20 weeks in length depending upon fitness level, lifestyle and goal distance. Please fill out the form below and I will contact you shortly.
