The very first thing I do after I cross any race finish line is untie my shoes. The second thing I do is grab my slides. Long distance running can cause an athlete’s feet to swell and getting out of running shoes can be very comforting.*
After run comfort can be found in Oofos recovery sandals. The comfort sole aids in recovery for sore muscles. I found myself reaching for my Oofos on Saturday afternoons following my Long Slow Distance runs, as well as, after some really tough trail runs.

Not only are Oofos ideal for recovery comfort but they’re stylish too! I received plenty of compliments on how cute they are. Oofos offers an array of choices from sandals, boots and shoes. They also offer their Project Pink collection with a portion of sales proceeds going to fund breast cancer research through the Dana-Farber Breast Cancer Research team.
I’m a member of Facebook groups and forums where people repeatedly ask about Oofos. My advice? BUY THE OOFOS
