On Sunday May 26th I ran the Stay-At-Home 5k in Summit Hill, PA. This is a local race for me and I try to participate as much as I can. The 5K benefits the Summit Hill Recreation Commission. Registration is $25 and payable online through PayPal. The course is residential and offers a few hills plus one water station.
The temps were in the high 80s and thunderstorms were brewing causing thick humidity. It was a scorcher. I rehydrated with Ultima Replenisher. Ultima offers clean hydration with 0 sugar and is vegan, gluten free, non-gmo, paleo, and keto friendly.
